Jan. 18, 2022 — Your District Environment Committee brings you 10 things clubs can do for the Environment:

1. Reduce or eliminate plastics and waste at meetings and events
2. Invite guest speakers with trusted environmental expertise on a regular basis
3. Include an Environmental Committee as part of your club Board
4. Refer to Project Drawdown for the leading information on climate solutions and be inspired for club projects at drawdown.org.
5. Host an Environmentally focused movie watch party with discussion to follow. Check out: Kiss the Ground, A Life on Our Planet, The Story of Plastic
6. Do a club project for your local environment; Dream Big and have a great impact!
7. Partner with District clubs on global grants for the Environment
8. Partner with Native Tribal groups – the original Environmentalists
9. Include an Environment minute as a regular part of club meetings to increase awareness about Environmental issues and inspire action.
10. Sponsor your club Interact or Rotaract with an ESRAG membership
