Learn about Rotary in an intimate session of 25-30 individuals at the Rotary Leadership Institute, March 21-22 in Bend, OR. PDG Bill Grile shares that RLI offers a unique opportunity that you won’t find at Club Training Assembly or District Conference. At RLI, you will learn the basics of Rotary, leadership and teamwork skills, the concepts of Brand and Public Image, and the process for growing membership and building the Foundation. For only $130, you can participate in this two-day session. The fellowship among Rotarians is remarkably fun. Faculty members include PDG Bill Griles, PDG Mike Fischnaller, DGN Gerry Kosanovic, District Grants Chair Juli DiChiro, District Leadership Chair Chris Waugh, and District Brand/PI Chair Judy Corwin.

Here’s what one RLI graduates had to say: “I enjoyed RLI. My only wish is that I attended the training early on. I’ve been a Rotarian for 9 years and felt that if I had this training within the first year of being a Rotarian I would have stepped up to the plate more. I would have had a better understanding of the makings of Rotary and would have felt more empowered to make changes, ask questions or contribute more. Thank you for the opportunity. I wrote a bunch of notes from the training and can’t wait to incorporate some new ideas.” ~~ Heather Tucker, Cottage Grove
