Meet This Year’s Presenters
PDG Steve Lingenbrink
Steve Lingenbrink was governor of District 5030 in 2012-13. He served at the President of the Bellevue Breakfast Club in 2005-06, Assistant District Governor 2006-07 and Executive District Governor in 2007-08. While Steve was serving as District Trainer in 2009, he selected as the District Governor Designate. Since serving as the District Governor, he has been an Assistant Rotary Coordinator for Zone 25 (2013-15) and currently serves as the Membership Chair for Zone 25/26. Steve is on teaching faculty for GNATS/GETS, Zone 25/26 Institute, as well as the 2017 International Assembly. Additionally, Steve was the D5030 Council on Legislation Representative in April of 2016. Steve is frequently featured as both a presenter and keynote speaker in all 23 districts. He and his Terri, along with their now grown children Sarah-Grace (21) and Rachel (20), have both led and served on many international projects all over the world, including an NID in Ethiopia, water projects in Kenya and Guatemala, Computers for the World in Antigua-Barbuda and medical dental clinics in Romania and Russia.
Governor of Rotary District 5190 in 2013-2014, Vicki Puliz currently serves a Rotary Public Image Coordinator for Zone 25. Vicki is a faculty member for Far West PETS and Governor Elect and Governor Nominee training seminars.
Vicki joined the Rotary Club of Sparks, Nevada in 1992, as the first female member of the club while owner of an electrical contracting firm, and served as club president in 2004-2005. Vicki has served as camp director for Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, on the District Rotary Youth Exchange committee, helped develop an 8th grade leadership program in District 5190, District New Generations Service Chair (2009-12), and District Trainer (2014-2016).
Vicki and her husband, Tim, participated in National Immunization Day for polio eradication in India in 2009, RYLA in Benin Africa in 2011, and helped build a house in Mexico in 2014 among many Rotary projects.
Vicki and Tim are blessed with a blended family of 7 children and 8 grandchildren, and 3 exchange daughters. They are Major Donors to our Rotary Foundation, and active in the International Fellowship of Flying Rotarians.
